Found a lot on Campsis radicans' flowers in august (Touraine - France).

Lonchaeidae. Such numbers I usually associate with Setisquamalonchaea fumosa...

yes I agree Paul - with all black legs and amber coloured calypteres looks very much like S. fumosa. Iain
