Is it possible to tell genus and perhaps species?

Possibly
Carcelia sp. but I doubt it would be possible to go further without a specimen :)

I think it is a female of
Aplomya confinis.

I think Stephane is with Aplomya confinis which I have hade at same place 2010 and 2011.

Yes, now I look at it with Stephane's ID in mind it does look better for
Aplomya :)
