Impossible to say which species this is - just Gymnosoma sp.

for species, the best would be to collect the specimen... otherwise is just a guess game.

With genera like Gymnosoma a photo really doesn't show the subtle features that we need to make a species-level ID. Genitalia are fairly important but so is the facial and thoracic dusting and the relative length of thoracic hairs. Even with a specimen you have to manipulate them and view them under perfect lighting to obtain confidence in an identification.

The same goes for Siphona spp., but for different reasons :)
