Originally this little fly was a flower visitor.
It has flown away, before photos were ready. Therefore I have only a dorsal view.
The ventral side is yellow except two dark spots (or a small dark area) between front and middle legs.
Is genus ID possible?

That's difficult to say surely about, from this view, but I think that is
Chlorops sp.
