It looks like female Dolichopodinae. I don't see the
Dolichopus bristles. Some unusual features to watch for when comparing images are short first tarsomere of hind leg, black border around thorax, and dark tip of hind femur.

Perhaps a darkish marking near the notopleural area? Then possibly
Poecilobothrus.
