Hello
Found, on a windows of my house, in NE of France, between Metz and Thionville (Distroff) the 31/07/2012.
Length body : 4-5 mm ; wings : 3-4 mm.

Perheaps a species of Sylvicola ?

Sylvicola (Anisopus) sp. Not sure which species.
