Size was extremely tiny for a tachinid, like a Plesina phalerata.

Looks like a Besseria but I didn't know they could be so small so maybe it is something else :)

This fly has no complete M vein. The M vein does NOT reach the vein neither the wing margin. It is INcomplete. I only know Besseria with complete M vein. Is there any Besseria with incomplete M vein?

Besides the fly was rather small. Much smaller than any Besseria I used to see! This must be another thing.
