In my country (CZE) I call it Rhagio tringarius female. I do not know French fauna...

I wish to study some European Rhagionidae more exactly, so you can collect specimens for me and I should give you better ID of your picture in the future :-)

Unfortunately, I don't use to collect flies or any kind of insects, nor animals ...

but, if I do that in the future, I will think about your request !!! :)
