Hi,

Not the best angle on this shot, guess you can't tell the species, but maybe Muscidae or Anthomyiidae (or genus)?
Photo taken in SW Sweden in June.

Many thanks!
Markus

Please upload the image in the forum so that is is visible. Right-clicking on the name gives "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access /g4/46/683346/2/144110683.ZN2YK4Sb.jpg on this server."

Hi,
Is there anyone else who can't see the image, looks good in the preview, visible in the post for me, and other images seems to be visible to other members.

I donät know enough about IT to understand what the problem is or how to rectify it...
But as an alternative the photo can also be seen at:

Hope this helps!

Hi Markus.

I couldn't get the first image either. Links to external websites often give problems, especially in the forum archive. Better to upload images directly from your computer IMO.

Your fly is a male anthomyiid, but I can't tell any more from this image.

Oh, now I can see the photo in your first post.
