maybe Exoprosopa sp?
I looked through the gallery and I can't find an exact match.
30th June 2012
Navacerrada, Guadarrama mountains, Madrid, central Spain
Habitat: forest of Pinus sylvestris and Cistus laurifolius on acid soil
Sorry for the blurry photo, I put focus in the soil and the fly only let me one shoot.
Thanks
