Very grateful for their identification.
With your guidance I edit the title, hoping that some other specialist also wants to give us their opinion.
Best wishes

Why not Chloropidae?

Well, its posture reminded me of some small dark Stratiomyiids, but I overlooked the very small size, and I was not aware of Chloropids with hairy eyes. However, it might well be something like
Calamoncosis (compare
http://diptera.in...pid=112566). There are several species known from the Mediterranean region (
http://ibdigital....49p173.pdf). So I fully concur with Dmitry's opinion!
