By all accounts this should be
Brachystoma but as far as I know both European species have a black mesonotum. I hope you collected it (fearing the answer will be 'no').

By the way, that would be family Brachystomatidae.

PESI,ITIS db are not aware of Brachystomatidae , neither its synonims as listed here:
