That is an Admontia and the antenna are indeed large, suggesting A. grandicornis.
But I cannot see enough of the fly to be sure.

It is clearly Blondeliini, it is a male with proclinate orbitals, the antenna is very long and the dust pattern on thorax... so general habitus.
