I took this pic at the foot of Mt Kelmiutu on the island of Flores.

I hope somebody can help me out with the identification.

The wing veins seem too simple for Rhagionidae, more like Cyclorrhapha, but I can't see clearly what they are.

The frons reminds me of some Brachyopini.

Edit: I suppose I shouldn't rule out Stratiomyidae without a clear shot of the antennae.
