I photographed this fly at the Oostvaadersplassen yesterday. Can somebody tell me what species this is?

Looks like Trixa caerulescens (Tachinidae) :)

I think Chris meant to say Trixa conspersa, caerulescens has the wing unshaded and orange legs :)

Ahh, I thought it had orange legs in the photo ... a trick of the light ... I was obviously still thinking of that one you got in the New Forest Steve! ;)
