Sorry about the poor quality of the picture. I did not get you a better picture.

Photograph taken on May 20, 2012, in the wetlands of the Suárez Pond, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Approximate size, no wings 5 mm.

I think Dolichpodinae but the large eyes convergent below antennae are also found in male Diaphorinae.
