It has only three postsutural bristles. In this case it might be an Anthomyiid, or, if really a Muscid, a
Coenosia. I tend to the latter, but we need a specialist. A lateral view would be nice...

Thank you Sundew. Unfortunately, I have no other pictures. The flies are small, around 4 mm and it's difficult to have good pictures because they move fast.

I think Muscidae is right, but not Coenosia as there are two strong presutural dcs.

Difficult to tell ; it could be a
