I think it's Tipulidae,Nephrotoma cf. aculeata.Is that correct?
Location Tisa river in Muzlja,Banat region,Serbia

I don't think so, pterostigma seams to faint. Do you have a lateral view? (zoom on the thorax)

This seems Nephrotoma appendiculata to me.
