I hope this is Helcomyza ustulata but some of the colouring doesn't fit the description. can anyone confirm it or otherwise, please? Foredunes, Newborough Warren, SH410630, 9 May 2012.

Should have said - Newborough Warren is a large sand dune system in North Wales, UK.
