Hello,
here is another fly from Canary Islands. I think it could be a Gonia. If so, only two species are listed for Fuerteventura.
Gonia atra Meigen, 1826 - L
Gonia bimaculata Wiedemann, 1819 - H P T C F L
Gonia quadrisetosa Becker, 1908  - P T
Gonia umbripennis Herting, 1958 - F L

Yes Gonia ... perhaps picea but in that part of the world there are many other alternatives ... and I am thinking that it is not picea actually ;)
