Hallo (first post, please excuse mistakes), I wonder if anyone can help me with this small (about 7mm long) picture-winged fly? Seen on 7 May 2012 at 6pm displaying by walking about and waving its wings on upper surface of Blackcurrant leaf (Ribes), in garden in London. It looks somewhat like Urophora but with short 'tail'. Thanks.
