It could well be B. fugax - but female, as I'm sure you meant to say.

hmm, yes, the eye thing tells me female. I was looking at abdominal part, it seems thin comparing to these: http://agrozoo.ne...hila-fugax
& there is difference i bottom side at abdominal part.

The abdomen gets fatter as it fills with eggs. Male B. fugax look rather different: http://www.dipter...to_id=7241
