Anthomyiidae_Egle rhinotmeta (male) is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 650 m a. s. l. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 01. 05. 2012.

I think this is Pegoplata aestiva (the av seta on t2 rules out Egle). It has collected a lot of mites!
