I know only two species in Spain: A. meigeni & A. filaginis...
I think it's Actinoptera meigeni.

Yes, it certainly is A. meigeni Hendel:
Cell r1 with 3 hyaline spots

I didn't know about those spots (my knowledge is very limited). It just looked like one, but the three spots are clear to me.
