Could someone help me identifying these Tephritid?
The photo (author: Josep Mª Solé) was made near Tarragona, Spain, on 31.3.2012.
I think it's a Terellia sp.

Perhaps Terellia cf. serratulae?

From its coloration, it is serratulae, which is, as you know, a problematic species/complex of populations in Europe.
