Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tephritis pulchra & T. praecox

Could someone help me identifying these Tephritid?
The photo (author: Jacint Cerdà) was made near Castelló, Spain, on 17.3.2012.
I think it's Tephritis cf. carmen or pulchra.
