Thanks. What would be the main diff. to tell them apart, that is
Sarcophagidae versus Tachinidae ?

and made a mistake.

Sacophagidae tend to have reddish-brown eyes, 3 strong dark longitudinal stripes on the thorax. a tessellated pattern on the abdomen, and quite a concave shape to the median vein after the bend.
