Is this also a Heleomyzidae fly...?
It was smaller than the former ones.
Found 12-4-2012 in Zeist, Holland

Hello Hedy,
You can remove the "cf". For all three threads it concernes females of
Palloptera scutellata.

They are indicated to be rare in our Dutch speciessystem, so it is nice if you really find them.
