I think Anthomyiidae, but we need other photos to say maybe more.

Seeing as it's Grand National day, I'd put 50 pence on Lasiomma at 10-1 B) (They often seem to have strongish auxiliary setulae among the dcs, and I think I see some indistinct indications of eye hairs.)
