It's a diptera belonging to Tachinidae family.
Can you please give me the specific ID?

Location: Madonie Mountains, Sicily, Italy
Altitude: 1200 mt
Date: June, 06 th 2009
Size: About 9 mm long

Gymnosoma sp. ... a difficult genus to identify from photos :)
