Chironomidae_Tanytarsini(male) is correct? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 500 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 09.04.2012.

Not Tanytarsini, or even Chironominae. In Chironominae the gonostylus is immovable and can not be folded in as in your first two pictures. This is probably Orthocladiinae, because I see no M-Cu crossvein.
