Hello, is my assumption right or belongs this fly to another species? All legs are dark.

It is a male anthomyiid, but I cannot see enough to go further. Hydrophoria should have a plumose arista, and H. lancifer has a long prealar seta, neither of which is apparent here.

So I have to wait for another more pacient specimen, allowing views from more angles.
