It's one of the Wagneriini but I'm not sure which :)

I have done some research and I think it is Wagneria sp. At least it fits the description very well. It has the very long third anthennal segmenet, the very long scutellar sub-apical bristles, and the short erect setae on the scutellum. It can be seen in the attached picture, that I had discarded and fortunately recovered |t

Yeah, I was going to suggest Wagneria because it isn't Ramonda and I don't think it is Periscepsia ... and it looks like Wagneria (black) :)
