body ~ 5-6 mm, Loc: Slovenia , forrest. under some wood mushroom.

Leucophenga maculata (Drosophilidae) or maybe a related species.

would confirm it. I remember thorax part allso looked bright white with naked eye, possibly angle of view factor, mybe.

Assuming allso that (thorax color) is a variable at this species.

bringing this up, coz I got this info:
"Concerning the European Leucophenga species,only the males of L. maculata have silvery "dust" on mesonotum. " : http://agrozoo.ne...eb892f93f8

Any comment to that ?
