Found this morning in te kitchen (?).

Cuise La Motte (60350 - France) 4,5 mm - 18-03-2012

An idea ?

Water mites (Parasitengona, in part). The common genus on Chironomidae is Hygrobates but there are several families that eat midges. ID requires a good view of the underside.

The midge is probably Orthocladiinae.
