Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Phaonia cf subventa Sussex

So this little chap tried to brain himself on the kitchen window. I think he (she?) is an anthomyiid, and further that it's Pegomya, but that's not much to go on. (edit - As evidenced)

Can anyone confirm/correct/expand?

Muscidae. My guess would be Phaonia subventa.
