I'm probably miles off, but the wing veins look right, to me, for Sarcophagidae.

Is this right? And can anyone expand on the basis of this not-very-good image?

Muscidae. Sarcophagidae have a sharp bend in the median vein. This could be something like Helina evecta/annosa (abdomoinal spots and hairy eyes), but there isn't enough evidence to be confident ;)
