It should be a male Agromyzidae, maybe someone can give a further ID. The fly was caught 13-03 in Yerseke, the Netherlands. I tried to photograph the genitalia, but they very small. Pictures see http://waarneming...w/63683516 Thanks in advance.

Probably Chromatomyia milii group. Agromyzidae.
