Taken by a lagoon in the outskirts of Madrid on the 10th March 2012. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help! :)

Tethina sp. ? Seems similar to some in the Canacidae (incl. former Tethinidae) Album.

Always wary of contradicting Roger ;), but the inclinate lower frontal orbitals and reclinate upper frontal orbital suggest Agromyzidae, possibly Napomyza or thereabouts

If you change the headline of your first post to Agromyzidae / Napomyza sp.? then Milos may be able to go further with it.
