Found yesterday in Eindhoven (NL).
Small fly (5 mm?).

It isn't Anthomyiidae, but Muscidae. Might be a Coenosia spec.

I don't think it's Coenosia, which normally have only one presutural dc.

I think you are right with Lispocephala, I didn't notice the presutural dc. The darkened crossveins point in that direction too, but I think with pictures only you can't ID these.
