You mean Anthomyiidae, not Anthomyzidae (which is a quite different family), and you are right.
I can't say anything about the females, except that neither is Hylemya, which has a plumose arista. The male (image 2) looks like a Delia, perhaps
D. floralis or
D. platura.
Please try to make a new thread for each different fly :)
