Photograph taken on February 25, 2012, in the wetlands of the Suárez Pond, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Approximate size, no wings 5 mm. Apparent size with wings, about 7-8 mm
Click over the image increases in size

I would appreciate your help identifying this dipterous -

Maybe a better view on the chaetotaxy of the legs can give a hope for a name (the legs are in the shadow, so i can't see the setae enough)
