Yes, male
Gymnosoma but it isn't possible to go further without seeing the specimen itself - it is a very difficult genus to ID even with specimens ;)

Yes, this is a particularly difficult genus which needs physical examination to observe the genitalia and then the various patches of dusting on the face and thorax ... you need to be able to move the specimen so that the light strikes it just perfectly so photos rarely show enough detail to be able to judge, sadly.
