Possibly :) I wasn't sure about the parafacial bristles but you might be right.
EDIT: Hmm, looks to have long aristal segments so
Triarthria it is then :)

I've made a zoom on the arista. It seems that the 1st and 2nd segment are lengthened, and that the 3 segments of the thickened part are of equal lenght so I suppose there are no more doubt that it's
Triarthria setipennis ?

I think the lower photo shows it best but it is quite hard to see clearly ... I think on balance it must be
Triarthria settipennis, and I should know because I always seem to mistake them in photos for strange-looking
Actia spp. :D With a specimen in your hands it is one of the easiest species to identify ;)

Yeah, if the image is rotated so that it's in a normal orientation then it is clearer ... I have an aversion to tilting my head 90-degrees to see photos ;)
