Tachinidae_Meigenia mutabilis(female) is correct? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 600 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 15.06.2011.

No - Meigenia should have apical scutellars raised strongly and this one have horizontal, diverging scutellars. I'm not sure what it is but it reminds me of the Blondeliini :)
