Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Lauxaniidae, Meiosimyza affinis? northern Norway

Size is approx. 4 mm, photographed in Bodø, northern Norway. Date is 14.07.2011.

Seems to be very common in the area, is it possible to tell genus or species?

Not for sure - partly because of the angle of the photo - and because it is female
