Who knows the species of this Dolichopodidae fly...?

Female Dolichopus. If I use the key by Grichanov for northern Europe one possibility is D. trivialis, for which the male can be seen here: http://dolicho.na...ialis.html. Your fly is less bristly and has shorter antennae. These could be sexual differences.
