Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Hybotidae, Tachydromia umbrarum, northern Norway

Not sure if it's Tachydromia (don't know much about Hybotidae), are these possible to identify from photos? Size is approx. 3-4 mm, photographed running on the wall outside my apartment in Bodø, northern Norway. Date is 14.07.2011.
