Dolichopodidae_Sympycnus spiculatus(female) is correct? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 700 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 10.06.2011.

According to my book,
S. contristans has the pleural sclerite (connecting hind coxa to abdomen) dark. Yours is yellow, as in
S. platypterus (and several other species). Also the thorax is only thinly dusted.
