I’ve found this species on highbush blueberry plants in late May (central Poland).

Firstly I thought it is a Cecidomyiidae, in Poland many of them are observed as a highbush blueberry pests, but after a while I see, it probably is Sciaridae.

I think you were right first time. The wing venation doesn't have the typical Sciarid fork, and the tibiae have no apical spurs.

Also, the first tarsomere is much shorter than the second.
